PLAZA SERIES: Marc Berger & Ride

Marc has performed at Austin’s South X Southwest Music Festival, and the Kerrville and Falcon Ridge Folk Festivals and has opened shows for Bob Dylan and other national acts. His song “The Last One” was a staple of Richie Havens’ concerts. His current release, RIDE, is a collection of songs all having to do with the romance of the American West. It’s gotten national airplay and terrific reviews and STARBUCKS has licensed it for worldwide in-store airplay. He’s currently working on a new roots rock project with Tony Garnier, Dylan’s longtime bandleader and bassist. Eric Ambel (Joan Jett, Steve Earle, The Del-Lords) is producing.
