Membership Questions

How do I sign up for a membership?

You can support Brand Associates by becoming a member here.

I signed up in person/by mail/at an event. Can I look up my membership online?

Only Brand Associates memberships activated through the website will appear in your account.  It is our hope that when you renew your previous membership, you will use the website to renew.  This will give you greater control over your membership, and make managing our membership program easier for our volunteer Board, freeing us up to focus more on our primary mission.

How much is a membership?

We have 4 membership levels:

Friend: $25 – $99
Supporter: $100 – $499
Contributor: $500 – $999
Patron: $1000+

How can I check the status of my membership?

You can login to your account here and check the current status of your membership under “My Membership”.   To check your membership fee and your next renewal date, choose “Subscriptions” on the account page.

I forgot my username.

You can login to your account dashboard with the email address you used to purchase your membership.  If you’re not sure which email you used, contact us and we will assist.

I forgot my password.

If you cannot login, you can reset your password here.

If you would like to change your password, login and click “Account Details” on your member dashboard.

How can I renew my membership?

If you signed up for a membership through the website, your membership will renew automatically each year.  You can change or cancel automatic renewals under Subscriptions on your account dashboard.

How can I check my next renewal date?

Login to your account dashboard and look under Subscriptions.  Click the “View” button next to your active membership for payment and renewal details.

How do I change my payment method?

Login to your account dashboard and look under Subscriptions.  Click the “View” button next to your active membership, and click the “Change Payment” button on the details page to update your information.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes!

To change your account level, login to your account dashboard and look under Subscriptions.  Click the “View” button next to your active membership for payment and renewal details.

Select the ‘Upgrade/Downgrade” button to change your membership level.

If you choose to upgrade, your new membership level will become effective immediately, and you will be charged a pro-rated rate for the new level based on your renewal date.  Your membership will then renew at the new level until changed.

If you choose to downgrade your membership, unfortunately we cannot process pro-rated refunds for memberships, so we recommend if you choose to downgrade you do it close to your renewal date.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your account dashboard and look under Subscriptions.  Click the “View” button next to your active membership for payment and renewal details.  Choose ‘Cancel’ to immediately cancel any recurring payments.  Your membership will remain active until it expires at the next renewal date.
